Niall McLoughlin

Dublin office

Niall founded Beachhut in 2010 after a decade as a technology journalist for Irish national press. Under his leadership the agency has worked with over 200 European tech companies, from seed-stage start-ups to publicly listed scale-ups. He runs the Dublin office and leads on every Series B and beyond engagement.

Niall is a regular speaker at European tech conferences and a contributing voice in the Sunday Business Post, Sifted, and the Financial Times.

We don't hire for PR experience. We hire for curiosity about technology, taste in writing, and a willingness to learn the craft on the job. The people who do well at Beachhut tend to be ex-journalists, former product managers, and people who came out of category-defining tech companies wanting to keep working with founders.

Our office cultures are deliberately a little different. Dublin is the founding office, busiest with Series A and B clients. London is faster, more financially-tuned, leaning into FinTech and IPO work. Amsterdam is our newest, focused on Continental European expansion and climate tech. The differences make the agency stronger.
